# Antilibrary
An idea first described by [[Nassim Nicholas Taleb]]. It refers to the idea of preferring to have many unread books in your personal library than read ones.
The rationale is that unread books are opportunities to explore and learn new things. Read ones have value as well, of course, but new ones have more potential.
