# Eisenhower Matrix
A prioritization framework to organize tasks according to their importance and urgency:
- Urgent and important: Do
- Do it now
- Urgent but not important: Delegate
- Who can do it for me/us?
- Not urgent but important: Decide
- Schedule a time to do it
- Not urgent and not important: Forget
- Eliminate it. No need to waste time on those

We should all use it more regularly. Often times we make lists of things to do, but fail to properly prioritize those. That's a common issue with lists; entries all look alike, while they might have vastly different "costs", urgency and importance. It's even more difficult to deal with this across multiple projects.
