# Imagination is beauty and freedom As Einstein put it, [[Imagination is more important than knowledge]]. Imagination is beauty because it allows us to express ourselves creatively in unlimited ways. Imagination is limitless. Imagination is free. It can envision the wildest things or the simplest ones, without any associated cost. Imagination is also freedom because it is not subject to the same limitations as those of the real world around us. Nothing prevents us from imagining a life on another planet, extraordinary powers, alternate realities, wormholes, time travel and whatever else we might want. We can imagine having the most insane life experiences. With our imagination, we can be as free as we want, without having to ask permission from anyone else. Imagination is the ultimate freedom. A freedom that nothing and noone can take away from us.
