# Internal goals Internal goals are our own objectives, the ones we set for ourselves. Achieving those is meaningful, and brings us satisfaction and a feeling of achievement. To achieve internal goals, rather than those of others, we need to have [[Clarity (MoC)|Clarity]] about our priorities, and to prioritize the work that matters, for instance using the [[MoSCoW Method]].
