# Kaizen _**Kaizen**_ ([Japanese](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_language "Japanese language"): 改善, "improvement") is a concept that refers to continuous improvement activities. The goal of Kaizen is to improve functions, products, companies, processes, logistics, etc. One of the goals of Kaizen is to eliminate waste and redundancies. Kaizen was first introduced by [[W.
