# My VoiceMeeter configuration
This is my (2023) VoiceMeeter configuration on Windows. See also [[My Voice processing pipeline on Windows]] for more context.
## Configuration
- VoiceMeeter Input set as default Windows sound playback device
- VoiceMeeting Aux Input set as default Windows sound communications device
- VoiceMeeter Aux Output as default Windows sound recording device
- VoiceMeeter Aux Ouput corresponds to “B2” in the interface
- Menu settings
- Run on Windows startup
- Enable auto restart
- Enable system tray
- System settings:
- Preferred Main SampleRate: 48000 Hz
- Hook volume keys enabled so that windows sound keys work (volume up/down

- Hardware input 1
- Microphone NVIDIA Broadcast (previously RTX Voice)
- Set to “B2”
- All the rest are disabled (A1, A2, B3, B1...)
- Apart from testing (redirect to A2)
- Renamed to “Microphone” (right-click on the title)
- Apart for testing
- NO sound processing (all done via Equalizer APO)
- Hardware input 2
- Cable-A
- Capture the sound of Spotify
- Set to A1, A2 and B2
- Renamed “Spotify”
- Hardware input 3
- Cable-B
- Capture the sound of Chrome
- Set to A1, A2 and B2
- Renamed to Chrome
