# Personal Manifesto Your Personal Manifesto is your guiding light. It is the combination of your needs, values, and principles. By grouping those together, you get a simple reference to help you make better decisions. Not decisions that feel necessarily good “in the moment”, but decisions that align with who you want to be. Once your values and principles are clearly defined, it’s very simple to put your Personal Manifesto together. At the end of the day, it’s all about what you do, rather than what you say or document. So don’t just put your Personal Manifesto together. Refer to it, use it, respect it, live it. Make decisions that align with you who are. Make progress that is meaningful. Focus on your needs, and make the right choices for yourself and your loved ones. Live intentionally, and make yourself proud. [[From beliefs to destiny]]: > Your beliefs become your thoughts, > Your thoughts become your words, > Your words become your actions, > Your actions become your habits, > Your habits become your values, > Your values become your destiny > > [[Mahatma Gandhi]] ## Example Here’s a copy of my current Personal Manifesto: ![[Knowledge Worker Kit - 01.03 Personal Manifesto - my personal manifesto.png]] Cfr [[My Personal Manifesto.canvas|Needs Values and Principles]] As you can see, each principle aligns with values, which themselves match the major needs I’ve identified in my life. ## Evolution Again, just like your values and principles, your Personal Manifesto is bound to evolve over time. Recognize how you grow, what it implies, and adapt your Personal Manifesto from time to time. Make decisions for your future, not for your past. ## Related - [[How to identify your values]] - [[Personal Value System]] - [[How to determine your Personal Value System]] - [[How to define your personal principles]] - [[Personal Manifesto]] - [[From beliefs to destiny]]
