## Positive
- Count to ten slowly
- Talk to a parent or sibling about your feeling
- Remove yourself from the situation
- Find something to distract you
- Share my feelings with the other person
- Try to have positive thoughts about the situation
- Write your thoughts and feelings down in a journal
## Negative
- Verbally hurt other people's feelings
- Insult people
- Throw objects, punch walls or slam door
- Use bad words/cuss. Yell and scream
- Use your body to hurt others
- Make threats to scare others
