# Repeat plugin for Obsidian Repeat, by prncc, schedules notes for review from their own frontmatter. You add a `repeat` property: - `repeat: every week` or `repeat: every 3 days` - `repeat: every mon, thu` - `repeat: spaced every 2 weeks`, for [[Spaced repetition|spaced repetition]] - `repeat: never` to stop The "Repeat: Review due notes" command shows what's due. Add `hidden: true` to a note, and its body is blurred so you can test yourself before reading. Gotchas: it writes `repeat` and `due_at` into your notes, so commit or back up before you start, and expect some sync churn. It also depends on [[Dataview plugin for Obsidian|Dataview]], which is no longer actively maintained. Since the schedule lives in plain properties, other tools (a Base, an AI agent) can read it too. The alternative is [[Simple Note Review plugin for Obsidian|Simple Note Review]]. ## References - Source code: https://github.com/prncc/obsidian-repeat-plugin - Community plugin page: https://obsidian.md/plugins?id=repeat-plugin ## Related - [[The Complete Guide to Obsidian Search - Find Any Note When You Need It (Article)]] - [[The Best Obsidian Plugins for Finding Notes (Article)]] - [[Simple Note Review plugin for Obsidian]] - [[Review plugin for Obsidian]] - [[Spaced repetition]] - [[Dataview plugin for Obsidian]]
