# Strong opinions held weakly Having strong opinions is great, but those should be held weakly. We need to remain open-minded and curious. If we aren't, then we stop learning, and we can't have fruitful debates. Discussions become sterile and we reach sub-optimal results. Certainties are double-edged swords.
