Remix the content many times ## Channel design - Create a brand - Focus on consistency ## Video title - Should be complementary to the thumbnail and description - Must have an intriguing factor - Should lean into a content - Should be below 50 characters - Extreme titles will be more appealing to people but then you have to deliver within the contents otherwise they will be disappointed by the video - A/B Test titles, even with older videos ## Video thumbnail - Should be complementary to the title and description - Thumbnail title short clear concise - A/B Test thumbnails, even for older videos (can give those a new life) - First, test wildly different things - Once the most impactful version has been found, tweak little things ## Video description - Should be complementary to the title and thumbnail ## Video intro - Opening hook: Continue what the title and thumbnail started - Present a hypothesis, an idea, then present evidence or instructions, and make sure you follow through with your promises - The first 10 seconds are VITAL!
