# DeveloPassion's Newsletter 142 - Clarity

Another week, another newsletter! I hope that you all had a great one 🤩
Yet another week has passed. There's now less than 20% of the year left. That's not a lot of time. But 18.88% is not zero, meaning that there's still time to make meaningful progress!

## The lab **🧪**
This week, I let my inspiration pull me forward. I worked mainly on the newly launched [Knowledge Worker Kit](https://www.store.dsebastien.net//product/knowledge-worker-kit). I have:
- Prepared the outline
- Started writing the part about "Clarity", which focuses on how to bring clarity to your life. It applies to Knowledge Workers too
- Written about Values, and Principles, and how to combine them to create a Personal Manifesto
- Written about goals (there's a free part linked below)
You might wonder why I'm starting to write this for knowledge workers. Well the thing is that, without clarity, no intelligent knowledge work is possible. **It all starts there: clarity about your values, principles, goals and priorities!**

I've also updated and shared my own Personal Manifesto, using the approach I've included in the guide:
I will continue to explore ideas, topic by topic, sharing useful and valuable guidance, templates and resources along the way, as part of the content, but also with the private community:

There's a ton yet to be done, but I'm convinced that this will be a valuable product. I just need to convince a few more of you to [start the journey with me](https://www.store.dsebastien.net//product/knowledge-worker-kit).
Next week I'm going to write about SMART goals, life goals, time horizons, and more!
