# Anger (MoC)
Anger is one of the core [[Emotions (MoC)|Emotions]]. Is is a perfectly valid one. Feeling angry is okay. While aggressiveness is a branch of anger, anger has nothing to do with [[Violence (MoC)]], but people often mix both.
We can be angry to stand our ground and put our limits without resorting to violence.
