# Aly Somani Aly Somani is a Canadian entrepreneur, lawyer, educator, and real estate investor. He is the Co-Founder of Richmond Asset Management (RAM) and formerly served as an equity partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, where he co-chaired the High Growth & Venture Capital Group. Somani has completed over 30 real estate transactions in southwestern Ontario and was ranked by Chambers as an expert in advising high-growth companies and recognized by IFLR1000 as a rising star in M&A. He is also a professor in the Economics department at the University of Toronto - St. George Campus, where he teaches and mentors students.
